Not to over simplify the tool but Quora is a place where people can ask questions and experts get to answer them. In many ways similar to LinkedIn Answers(which is being dropped from the LinkedIn platform). Users are rated based on the quality of the answers they provide to questions. You can follow users who’s answers you enjoy, subscribe to question topics and even subscribe to various questions specifically.

How important is the subject line? Do headings in emails matter? Which links are customers most likely to click? Are links in body content distracting? Are images important?
