PLEASE NOTE: This FTP page only functions in Internet Explorer 5 and above on the WINDOWS platform. If you have any issues please try these steps below. If you still have problem click on FTP-instructions (PC/Mac) button below to see how to install a ftp -client. |
• Open Internet Explorer 5 and above.
• Type ftp://mail.ravenshoegroup.com in the address bar.
• When the site appears go to File(in the upper right hand corner), Login As.
• In the username field, type your assigned login name.
• In the password field, type your password. (remember, this is case sensitive)
• Click on Login & you will see your assigned folder after validation.
• When you are in your folder you can use Windows explorer to drag and drop your files into the folder.
