Die cuts are used to achieve unique shapes, edging and cut outs in any print and packaging materials. With paper elements, die cutting can help bring packaging and print materials to life by drawing attention to the 3-dimensional nature of paper versus a flat 2-dimensional print.
Businesses seeking an impactful touch for their branding and packaging materials will appreciate the fine detailing and customization die cutting can offer to their marketing materials.
In addition to having the capability and capacity to complete bulk orders for commercial businesses, We have the ability to produce short run projects with the same efficiency and promptness as we do for all of our orders.
Some Examples of Die Cut Uses:
Finalize Design – Submit an AI or PDF file with our print specialist. Need help or access to a graphic design expert? Lean on our in-house Art Department to finalize design recommendations and concepts that tell your brand’s story.
Production – Once your file is submitted, our print and packaging specialist will inspect the file to ensure it can be produced without any errors or issues. And once that is completed, your project will enter production on our machines.
Fulfillment – After your project is completed, we inspect each print for any discrepancies. If your project is a packaging order, we can fill the packaging with product(s) in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliant and Health Canada licensed environment and ensure it is packed neatly and safely for pick-up and/or shipping.
